Level 4 GTAW - Certification
Level 4 Welding is an Advanced level Gas Tungsten Arc Welding course designed for the student who has completed at least the Level 2 GTAW course, or who has extensive experience welding in the GTAW process.
The goal of this course is to prepare the student to pass a welding performance exam, which would qualify the welder as certified. Students can choose to qualify from the AWS D1.3/Structural Welding Code - Sheet Steel, or the D9.1/Sheet Metal code to name a few. Students should speak to the Site Administrator prior to enrolling to determine what certification would suit them best.

The course is offered in an "open enrollment" format, which allows a students to begin whenever space is available. Please check our calendar listing for availability.
Students must provide their own welding helmet, jacket or sleeves, proper GTAW gloves, and must wear 100% cotton, full length pants and clothing, as well as leather boots or shoes, and safety glasses, which must be worn at all times while in the shop.
