Weldor's Continuity Assessment

- YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CERTIFICATION DATE (see Sample Cert Card below)
- Every 6 months (D1.1 Structural Steel) or every 12 months (D9.1 Sheet metal) perform a Continuity Assessment
- Have someone of authority witness you perform a weld in the process you were certified in like a:
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- Quality Control Inspector (QC)
- Manager
- Foreman
- Lead
- Etc.
- Keep your own log Documenting the dates of each assessment, location, process witnessed, the complete contact information of the witness, and the witness' signature
